Scrambled Eggs & Caramelised Onion Sandwich

This is a delicious and super easy sandwich to make.

Cut your favourite onions into some nice Julienne, sautee, add a tiny bit of brown sugar and watch the magic happen.

To make the perfect scrambled eggs, whisk your eggs first, the season them. Add some butter -for a creamy texture and amazing flavour- and whisk more. You must also cook your eggs off the heat and whisk constantly.

Once your onions are ready, put them aside, add a spoon or two of butter to that pan and toast the inside of your bread on it.
